dance210: If he was driving in front of you, he was most likely griefing you,
trying to get you to shoot him. You were banned because you
did enough damage to an ally. NEVER shoot an ally. If someone
griefs you like that, hold your fire until leaves. Also, feel free
to submit a Support ticket with the replay (https://na.wargaming.net/support/).
And remember, safety first on the internet. I would suggest
not making private information publicly available (e.g. phone
number, email, etc).
