3 min. If a team goes the full 10 minutes, with the load-in time
and load-out time, especially for slower computers, it may be more
like 30-60 s. The 13 minutes seems to work best for Skirmishes, so
we'll stick with it here.

2. Top 1% for the overall prize is based off of individual
players. So yes, if there were 1600 players, then 16 players would
earn the extra 5,000 gold. Obviously, this changes based on the
number of unique players from all 10 days.
