Springtime for T110 and the Americas

The_Chieftain: It is worth pointing out that there is a difference between a police state, and a state in which the police are out of control. Police states tend to have great restrictions on what you can do, say, or think, by policy, especially against the government. Out of control police are those who feel and act as if they are unaccountable.   I'm not saying that either particularly applies to the US, just observing the difference.
