I don't see how a reduction of 0.01 in dispersion is going to do anything.
Overlord: 1. High-tier ammo is unlikely to become any cheaper. Moreover, with
high probability ammo for tier 9-10 guns will see increase in
price. For all factions of course.
3. In the current supertest version we didn't modify any damage values, only modified dispersion parameters.
4. +50% mantlet armor is a considerable boost. Anyway it won't make KT any worse.
0.01 dispersion decrease can be unnoticeable in one or a few particular battle(s), but in the long run it's not as insufficient as it seems.
