Troubleshooting for 9.15 issues

NyxWGA: Greetings tankers! Over the weekend, we worked on the issues that are still troubling many folks after the 9.15 patch. We have released a patch that addresses the issues for Mac users, and we're continuing to work on fixes for everyone else. If you are experiencing graphical issues, freezing, or crashes, please do the following troubleshooting steps! 1) Clear out your preferences folderTo do this Press the Windows key + R, and type %appdata%\wargaming.net. Then Delete the "worldoftanks" folder.2) Update your graphics card drivers. These 2 things are solving many player's issues. They do not work for everyone, but if you have not yet done these, please do! 3) Turn off replays.We have verified that this solves issues for a few folks.4) Update and/or uninstall your mods.Several popular mods were recently updated to be compatible with 9.15 so updating them may help. If you are using a mod that has not been updated, it may be preventing you from playing.5) Run the game in "safe mode."We know this is not a permanent fix, but it may allow you to get back in. We are working diligently to address the problems with permanent fixes. It's frustrating when you can't play, and we apologize for this inconvenience. I will continue to update this forum thread as we receive new information!
