P.S. Let's stop debating Pzgrenkdr. I'm not gonna complain anymore, mate. Let's just help make WoT a better game.
EDIT: oops...kinda rephrased Pzgren's idea

MrVic: The T32 and the T26E5 were actually both separate tanks. Both were started as parallel projects with the goal of building a heavier armored tank.
As the standard M26 (without additional plating) did not have sufficient protection from the Tiger II. One project T32 went with a larger tank, up armored
front with a better slope and a new heavy turret design, and a improved engine. The other was the T26E5 which was to replace the plated armored M26.
The armor for the T26E5 was drastically increased and it was up gunned to 105mm and the 90mm L73. Also it had an improved transmission and was regeared
at a lower end granting a higher torque, this was to compensate for the weight increase. The tank was slow but rather mobile, also it packed a punch.
The project ended classified as a Medium and was never produced past prototypes.
Basically the Super Pershing was the up gunned improved transmission/engine M26. The other versions were the M26 with added plate armor and standard and up gunned variations. The Heavy Super Pershing was the ending of the T26E5.
