I feel forced to have a balanced garage of tanks.

I bought an AT-1 and I highly doubt I'm ever going to use it over a PzII or a Bison, but I bought it because I lacked a Tank Destroyer and a USSR tank other than the MS-1.
Does anyone else have this and is it a logical thought? I'm only a mere two days into the game yet I've been playing it nearly non-stop, interrupting even my Counter-Strike playing
