Bunch of questions from a new player.

It's probably something I am doing wrong, but I'll find myself in a good groove exchanging fire and supporting the heavies and I just get blasted. Should I be moving and repositioning? I understand that this is happening because I have been spotted and they can see me, but I'm not seeing how to avoid it when I dont have the room to be racing around avoiding artillery blasts when I have other tanks barrelling down on me across the way.   Lastly, since the PZ IV H is probably something I am going to sit on and learn the game in for awhile, does anyone have some good info for it? I am running with the 10.5 derp gun. Basically using peek a boom tactics. This seems to work fine until I inevitably get over zealous and expose myself way too much (need to learn some more patience). I also put a gun rammer, binoculars and vents on it. My crew is at 100% and I am training my first set of skills (6th sense, snap shot, smooth ride, situational awareness and repairs on the loader).   Thanks!
