KRZYBooP:   For everyone not able to see the missions please ensure you have tried running the game in Safe mode. When you complete the first mission (confirmed that it does count the first win of the day)  it unlocks the next step of Train heist, and displays the hidden mission.    If this is not the case after running the game in safe mode submit a ticket to our support team.
