[Clan Wars] Carbondale, Illinois Status Update

HBFT: Hello Clan Wars players,   As many of you may have already noticed Carbon(ite)dale, Illinois is currently frozen in a prolonged conflict that has deferred a revolt indefinitely.  These things take a bit to thaw out and our scientists have informed us that things will likely free up for resumed gameplay late Monday, July 28th.   As we receive more information about this province, we will update this thread.
