DomoSapien: Would you prefer a game ban over a chat ban? I've played other F2P
games that simply ban your game account outright for chat
violations. I used to be a toxic jerk when I was in college so
I may have received some game bans in my day.
That said, if your friends feel that their chat sanctions were handed down incorrectly, we do have a penalty appeals process. Granted, most penalty appeals get denied however our CSR's are human beings and human beings are not infallible. It's possible someone made a mistake and incorrectly handed down a sanction. Couldn't hurt to submit a ticket and find out.
