Did Wargaming Get Rid of Support?

DomoSapien:   Well, that was a pretty wild inference to draw from a harmless suggestion :/ Whether or not you choose to be nice to the person serving you in any type of service oriented industry or position is up to you entirely, however from personal experience I've found that most people are much more willing to go out of their way to help someone that is being respectful rather than someone who is being combative from the get-go. This is as true of Customer Support as it is of, say, the waitstaff at a restaurant, or a bartender.

Nobody is going to intentionally lie to you about policy or put you at some kind of disadvantage simply because you're upset or heated about something. But any customer support rep at any organization will be much more willing to make a case on your behalf as to why they believe you should be exempt from a particular policy or eligible for a certain workaround if you treat them with some decency. Regardless of whether they work for an online game company or, say, the DMV.

If you've had a negative experience with a Customer Support representative in the past, keep in mind that you're likely to be dealing with a different rep the next time you submit a ticket. So try to approach the situation with an open mind and clear communication.

If anyone else is missing their rental tank, please send me a PM and I'll help you out <3
