No red highlight around tanks when targeting enemies

ARGO: Well I tried everything, and even with the new patch still no red reticule around enemies. Also, now I also can't type anything on chat when I want all players to see my messages. I press Ctrl shift and it remains grey...Oh well.......HELLLLLLP!!!!
