"Yes, we know that arty and stun is an issue for now. Now we are working around the concept. We have a couple of ideas on how to change this situation. But it's too early to tell something in details for now. First of all, we have to wait for the results of "special shells rebalance" and fix all connected issues. Then we want to continue with tank rebalance on top and mid-tiers. And only after that, we will start working on arty rebalance."   Type 4/ 5:
"We will change this tanks with special shell rebalance (no specific details for now, we will share more details closer to the tests). And after that, if it will not be enough we will look at them again during the top tier rebalance"
