T-44-100 with it's thin armor and no gun depression is more of a
flanking and striking vehicle, when the Turtle is more of a angle
holder, given that you will reach it.

because of it's larger speed and bigger alpha, albeit a less
accurate gun. Alpha is very important for TD's compared to DPM, but
high DPM makes sense for British TD's! This tank is alright, but
almighty it is slow as heck and thus will be bullied by arties a
lot, if spotted. Buy turtle mk 1 only if you need a
crew trainer for British TD line, otherwise it is pain and tears
for credits due to its slow speed. Then again, you can buy this if
you are into slow, armored TD's with low alpha. It's up to you.
I hope next sale will be vk 75.01, hwk 30 or

parim1331: Haven't had a chance to play on the TS-5 yet, but I had
couple of battles on Turtle, and to be honest, if someone doesn't
mind the slow top speed of 20-25km/h, and likes good DPM, it's a
tank for that person.

Cobra 6parim1331: Speaking from my personal experience. T-44-100 has been one
of the easiest tanks for me to buff my overall WN8 on. On top of
that, even if it's a situational tank, you can deal a lot of damage
after waiting for the right moment.
