SPG Rebalance: Changing the Stun Parameters

What about us arty players?? throw us a bone...   How did we get in this whole situation?   Before all the arty nefs happened in the first place, there was no stun mechanic. Arty shot a big hurting shell once a minute and those that shot a bit faster did less damage. Arty back then was also half as accurate. The problem was AP shells. instead of nerfing arty to oblivion they should have kept the old system, removed AP and made the splash radius bigger. That way tanks only got hit once a minute, less often due to accuracy and for less damage. 

eekeeboo:   1) This change is intended not to change anything drastically with SPG play and the mechanics involved only alter the considerations players must make when choosing a target.  2) As far as I'm aware there are no compensatory changes to be made to some vehicles across the board, only minor changes to individual artillery. 3) There should not be an overall in a reduction of damage, there may be a reduction in overall assisted damage, but this is countered by choosing your targets more carefully.  4) There is an assisted damage function in place already with stunning an enemy or tracking them.
