eekeeboo: I just tested this myself and can confirm. If you own the tank and purchase the offer you receive a BIA crew for the first time you purchase it with gold. This is intentional that you are not compensated there-after with more BIA crew to prevent people buying BIA crew endlessly for comparatively little gold.    On the other hand I have passed on the issues with the wording and phrasing and hopefully, it can be clearer in the future.
