Clans can earn both credits and gold for owning land. How would it pay that to clan members otherwise?

WoT's rating is probably too low anyway, I think its rated 12+ atm. But I dont know a lot about WoT's rating really either, or if WoT's rating will be increased before release.
I'll have to package some of those questions up, and ask a dev.
