Reduce "suicidal scout run"

Tanitha: Firstly, I'm thinking the suicidal scout runs of the past dont work very well any more, with no warping they die too quickly, even leopards.
And secondly, Part of the suicidal scout run, was getting lots of exp from killing arty while you were in the enemy base. That's now a lot harder because you don't live in the enemy base for long.
Another part of the suicidal scout run was lighting up the enemy so your team mates/arty could shoot them, and you get paid support exp for their damage. But again that's now limited because scouts have a limited life in the enemy base now.
I doubt suicidal scouts are earning anywhere near what they used to earn now that warping is fixed.
Scouts are due to be buffed soonish
