0.6.1.5 Performance sucks?

Tanitha: I couldn't play very well either, but the graphics in game have new advanced settings that defaulted to being pretty high, So I turned mine back down to lower.
Going to try again now.
*edit the altered settings and a comp reset gave me a very smooth game compared to usual.
