Tanitha: Don't believe everything you read on the net.
As far as I'm aware, there is no hacks or cheats or anything similar for WoT. And everything is still safely stored on their server.
There is however, and always has been, several people who have 100 you-tube accounts, which they use to spread virus's and key-loggers.
One account to make the youtube post, the other 99 to say "OMG it works and no virus download now!."
There has been some bugs in maps where some area's of the terrain can be shot through, these have been or are being fixed. But they are bugs not hacks.
Etc, but no real hacks or cheats.
Macroing is obviously very easy, And freely available.
But the auto bot detectors pick them up pretty easily from their bad playing stats.
For example. 100 games played no shots fired or 100 games played 1000 shots fired no hits is pretty obviously a bot/macro.
All in all Wot is probably the most bug/hack/cheat free game Ive played over the last decade.
But yes Wot has a support department in place which handles bots/afk/tk/etc and the banning of...
From my dealings with them, they seem to be very dedicated and efficient.
They can be contacted here.

Complaints about earlier accidents are not subject to consideration.
