(See 7.3 for reference)
Yes. Destroyed vehicles will be locked in the mentioned cases   -Do vehicles not get locked if you lose against province owners on the elite front?   Yes. For 144 hours   -Do all vehicles (as in: even surviving tanks) get locked for 72 hours after a victorious battle with a province owner?   No. Surviving tanks will not be locked   -What rules apply for the province owners themselves regarding tanklock after a defense of their province regardless of its outcome?   As far as I remember, for Province owner all destroyed vehicles will be locked for 72 hours (in case of victory) or for 144 hours (in case of defeat). Not a 100% sure on this one.     5.4.4.  5.4.4. The cost of technologies can change dynamically, depending on the number of clans that purchase this particular technology. The more clans purchase a particular technology, the cheaper it becomes for the clans that have not purchased it yet.   Would any WG official mind giving exact data on how much the cost for the technologies may drop vary?   Discount may vary from 0% to 5-6% (amount of discount depends on number of Clans that bought it)   Edit: A link to the rules and regs might be useful
