Overlord stated that there are currently no plans for secondary crew skills training for gold similar to the current training for gold.
There are many possible ways, however, for WG to allow all players to speed up secondary skills grinding (without using gold):
1. Events similar to the current x3/x5 XP, but during which only your crew receive more XP (with "normal" XP you receive being unaffected by the special). Or maybe just more XP to crew for a win during the event, so the players put a little more effort.
2. Similar to 1, but with more XP to crew when playing in tank company (could help encourage more players to play in companies).
3. New, "middle ground" option for training/retraining primary skill for credits, e.g. 80k for training fresh crew to 90% (which will affect secondary skills, too, because you start grinding secondary skills sooner).
4. Option to use your free XP for crew training.

Overlord, am I being close with the above possibilities?
If not, will you consider at least some of them?
