Wouldn't it be more reasonable to make the T-10 Heavy Tank the Tier 10 tank instead of the IS-4? It would be done a lot easier,mainly because you would not have to rebalance the IS-4? Have you considered this? If you have and it was not approved of,how come was it not approved?
