-3 prevent arty-parties games (more than 3-4 arty per team)
-4 mediums vs ht composition (its biggest problem when they are top tanks)
-5 is it possible to make queue longer (even up to 1 minute) to give matchmaker time to make proper teams (filling all above rules) so everyone is happier becosue of proper team lineup?
