WGs interesting policy about changing things in game

MrConway: Light tanks simply don't fit into the current matchmaker well and confuse newer players, especially at low tiers.   As the light tanks already effectively have higher-tiered matchmaking and already frequently see higher-tier tanks, it makes sense to readjust and re-balance them to fit into the current +2-2 matchmaking.   A tier 8 light tank already has tier 9 matchmaking, so why not change it a little and actually place it at tier 9?
