Otherwise it is just a slap in the face for players grinding during
the event!MrConway: Please note that this option is in there for players that
choose to pay money instead of completing the mission and
then complete it anyway. You get a juicy amount of personal
reserves for every mission completion regardless of whether you
complete the marathon anyway
