New Efficiency Rating formula

Here comes new calculator for public's favourite "efficiency rating".

Please notice that capping grants fewer points, therefore most players stats are reduced compared to current state.
Some players have already stated that they will "quit the game" in case new formula will become official or that new formula will prevent them from joining clans because they will be categorized "noobs". Yes, my friends, we live in new era of Internetz and E-peens.
