German tanks are rebalanced due to majority of EU server players using them. Accuracy and reload times are increased by 9%. Shooting on the move penalty for German tanks was increased by 29%.
Soviet tanks are rebalanced due to majority of EU server players not using them. Historical armor patchset was applied. Do not be afraid of German tanks of the same or lower tier penetrating your vehicle frontally.
US tanks guns depression angles are rebalanced from -5 up to +5 degrees randomly.
