They says in this Q&A that tier 8 rebalance is almost finished, yet I ask him what about tanks like T34-2, Tiger 2, T32, 110, KV 4, VK auf A. Dont get nothing. 

I ask him why mediocre tanks get buff but worst dont ,HE DONT TELL.
