Dragokar, on 25 May 2016 - 11:59 AM, said: Yeah sure I can pay your salary and if you miss something please
contact me later on. I am sorry that I asked simple
questions cause we had the experience to get it way faster. A nice
and gentle answer is all I expected and not gtfo and read the rules
that are even misleading for me. The rules for 486 said
rewards within a week (maximum two weeks), so we should be fine to
ask after one week. If you dont want to ask us make a script for
the payouts. Not thats hard to make. In-game gold and other
rewards are usually sent within a week (maximum two) after the
tournament’s completion. If your team is missing gold or any other
rewards after two weeks, you may report it on the forum by posting in the section of the specific
tournament. We also may not report I know that you mayb get a lot of questions, but even
if you dont like them please answer them nice and gentle and not
with read the rules copy & paste crap. We are the guys that keep
WoT running as a customer. Its nothing personal, but you
know.....thats like working again at your CS. Cheers.
*edit* Isnt account sharing forbidden afaik?
Karlie: Please mind that we are quite busy and the forum thread is
mainly open to topics that need our attention. If people spam this
thread after each cup with "where is my gold", we can actually
overlook some important topic that really needs our input.
Also please note that we are eSports, not Community, so we don´t
spend most of our time replying threads on forum. I apologize If my
answer sounded too rude cause for me it just went directly to the
point. Sure, next time I can just not reply till I find a proper
time to do so "properly" but that would mean you might not get an
answer for quite some time or simply not at all cause this question
doesn´t need our attention - the process is clearly explained in
the rules. Account sharing is forbidden but have no idea
what are you referring to. If to the case above, it´s not account
sharing, one person has simply 2 accounts.
