How dumb can this player base go?

Jahrakajin: Where to start with this Thread...first of all lets gets something clear that following actions are based only on the Forum Rules.    The discussion went totally Off Topic from the original idea of the Thread creator, however admitting to use a friends or alternative account to evade a forum ban is mildly put not a smart move.    While personally I don't agree with the suggestion if you guys feel you wan't to discuss this suggestion feel free to open a new Thread where you can stay on point whether this would be a good or bad idea, however this Threads is being closed due to rule violations.
