How bad is the Support?

Jahrakajin: I don't see anything wrong with sharing some stories with the guys from the Support Team but I'm moving this Thread to Off Topic since its not related to the Gameplay Section.

On a side note, or rather On Topic, the guys from Support are all cool guys who always try to do their best from what I can see
