Hire god damn in-game general chat moderator

Falathi: Erm... I see the concern but frankly, it`s not so easy to guarantee 100% coverage of the general chat. Also, I`m not sure about the sanity of any person that would have been hired only to take care of the general chat. Especially in the long run.
