Falathi: Well, one thing can be said for sure: this tank is not OP. It has decent earnings, strong alpha, not so bad mobility for its class - the rest is debatable. 
Personally, I find it rather capable on medium range - there`s higher chance the enemy shell with hit well armored parts. Also, for obvious reasons, going through open fields and exposing the vehicle to artillery seems not to work that great
