As for foreign bank connections, this particular method of payment is found worldwide. It would make sense for Rixty to establish some connections with local banks in order to facilitate their business.
My guess is that the increased cost has to do with the structure of the deal WG made with Rixty. Rixty probably has some additional fees that it charges WG for each transaction, and WG would rather not take the hit itself. This method of payment is probably aimed at a small segment of WOT customers who wouldn't have access to Paypal or credit cards. Most likely those people are not in the US or Canada. This is the NA server, but we have players from around the world.

I also had a very simple idea about how to 'exclude' the larger clans from the smaller leagues (assuming all Leagues run simultaneously):
Clans may only enter team(s) in one League, obviously the major clans will enter the Major League.
Then if the majority of a team's players are from the same clan then they cannot enter a second team into a different League.

I get the feeling part of why some questions aren't ever answered (game modes, gift shop, etc) are because he wasn't allowed to. If a replacement is found and implemented, they should just come out with it in a sticky of what they can and can't say.

The M10 could be an option but it too took a credit hit as well and gets 1 shotted way to often to be seriously considered IMO. So what does that leave us with? The under powered T1 heavy? No thanks. I don't really see any profitable option aside from pay-tanks and pretty much all the US pay tanks are pretty lame.
So is this the end of so-called "Free-to-play" US tanking in WoT? What do you think?
