Anything that is in-game is free to use. This includes gold shells and consumables, arty view to watch for falling objects, 'cliff-hanging', proxy-spotting, bridge blocking (although TBH you would have to be really stupid to do this), and hit-skins. The latter I refuse to use for many reasons, but they are all technically legal.

GeneralDirection: Now that we're past April 1st, I can feel comfortable answering
this without it being suspected as a joke. Yes, we are reviewing
the consumables system. That part of the article is true, though
the release (there are three different versions mentioned if you

bronco330, on Apr 02 2012 - 16:18, said: I'll agree that it's not a great deal, but I'm not sure you really know what money laundering is. It's essentially taking illegally-obtained cash and trying to get it deposited in a valid bank account without suspicion. I don't see how taking online payments could fall into that description.
As for foreign bank connections, this particular method of payment is found worldwide. It would make sense for Rixty to establish some connections with local banks in order to facilitate their business.
My guess is that the increased cost has to do with the structure of the deal WG made with Rixty. Rixty probably has some additional fees that it charges WG for each transaction, and WG would rather not take the hit itself. This method of payment is probably aimed at a small segment of WOT customers who wouldn't have access to Paypal or credit cards. Most likely those people are not in the US or Canada. This is the NA server, but we have players from around the world.

I also had a very simple idea about how to 'exclude' the larger clans from the smaller leagues (assuming all Leagues run simultaneously):
Clans may only enter team(s) in one League, obviously the major clans will enter the Major League.
Then if the majority of a team's players are from the same clan then they cannot enter a second team into a different League.

Whoever that person is, will need to be the lead "voice" of the developer community with about 5 people underneath this person to sort out the questions and streamline them down to common questions so this new person can answer them without seeing the same question 50 times in a thread.
That said.. this person needs to clearly detail what they're allowed to disclose and what they're not allowed to so people will stop feeling like their questions are being ignored or deliberately unanswered.
I get the feeling part of why some questions aren't ever answered (game modes, gift shop, etc) are because he wasn't allowed to. If a replacement is found and implemented, they should just come out with it in a sticky of what they can and can't say.

With the recent changes to the Economy it seems that, for reasons that I'm sure are purely logical and completely objective, the US money making tanks, e2,e8 and M4 all received massive income cuts and/or repair bill increases. This change is really quite interesting seeing as how the German's money maker tanks pz4, Stug and 3/4's changes were negligible. As per usual the Soviet money makers were all given significant income increases.
Some people swear by the M4 but I thought it was really quite unimpressive and now with the pay cuts I would never consider using it to grind credits. The Easy8/2 were good credit grinders up until this latest patch but now you are looking at a loss in credits unless you have a stellar game on defeats and sub-par credits on victories. The M10 could be an option but it too took a credit hit as well and gets 1 shotted way to often to be seriously considered IMO. So what does that leave us with? The under powered T1 heavy? No thanks. I don't really see any profitable option aside from pay-tanks and pretty much all the US pay tanks are pretty lame.
So is this the end of so-called "Free-to-play" US tanking in WoT? What do you think?

GeneralDirection: Well, to what extent would we use the word 'real' here? The Ratte
is definitely 'real' in the context of its model being created. We
had to do that for the video.
I suppose bowling could be possible with the new physics (though obviously not the way it worked in the video). It may not be a sanctioned game mode, but neither is racing and that's fairly popular in the community. I'm sure we'll see some very creative community-run events when physics are introduced.

Tanitha: Thanks for picking that up Siriothrax. I misread a word in
the original post somehow. My apologies.
Blocking is a offense similar to friendly fire.
Sending in the replay to support is the best way to get sanctions placed.
It can be done with screen-shots to support as well, but the screen-shots only show a instance.
In the other post and the OP it mentions the other tanks shooting him.

Tanitha: It could have been the first FF of the day, team damage is
"weighted" depending on the situation.
For example, team damage near the cap zone, right at the start of the game, when no enemy is around and lit up.
Are all situations where friendly fire is weighted very heavily. Because its obviously not accidental.
Please in future, send the game replay into support.worldoftanks.com for the players to be sanctioned.
If you wish to continue a discussion on the FF and Tk system, you can do so within the official thread located here.
