dance210: I was only partially right, maybe. According to the Wiki capping in
Assault works the same as a Standard Battle (1 capture point per
second). Capping in Encounter is slowed, with 1 capture point every
2.5 seconds.
It says nothing about multiple tanks in the circle. I will have to pay attention next time as to whether more tanks speed up the timer

For Encounter and Assault the time to cap is set (100s I think) no
matter how many tanks are in the circle.

Tanitha: And like bob, we have both been around long enough to have been
through several wipes. (before release)
So I've played probably closer to ~8000 games and maxed a lot of tree's like to the IS7, Maus, T59, Etc.
Then there is other accounts, for example staff have event accounts, Super-Test server access, public tests. Etc.
The staff are experienced in the product, regardless of how many games it says on their profile.

Tanitha: Your lack of understanding of the rules or laws, does not negate
them.
Pro Nazi material is illegal in Germany a market to which World of Tanks is released to.
Stalin isn't against the law anywhere.
That being said, both are prohibited within the forums.
So yes a similar photo of Stalin would receive the same actioning.

but honestly though, the two things that id rather see done, preferably very soon, is an update to the match up system, sure, Tier 5's have a field day, but people who have Tier 3's (like me) are getting rather sick of fighting a battle that we cant win. dont have to restrict it to a tier 3 battle ONLY, but rather keep it within each other, a range of 3 tiers, 2's 3's and 4's, 5s 6s and 7s etc, not having to fight tanks two levels above you, which your pidly *** little tank cant even dent.
and secondly, removing the British tanks from Russia, and making the British a legitimate faction in themselves, they have plenty of tanks to do so aswell with some extras like the M4 Firefly, Cromwell, M4 Achilles, would just spice it up a bit more.
anyways, my suggestions done.

When you have 8 players on a team in a 5v5 tournament half the team could not show up and you could still field 4 tanks in the battle. I gave an example in a 7v7 tournament where we had only 3 people available for the first battle. The next 2 battles we had a full team they were just late getting on. You need more subs when you REQUIRE a full 10 people to be in battle. If you don't want more subs then modify the rules so don't need full team to not be disqualified. Rule modification is not hard. Looks like sign up rate for this skirmish is less than most skirmishes so being accommodating would be good.

lord_farquad: I completely understand, however that is not the case in this
tournament. There are still subs, so it shouldn't be an issue to
field all 10 team members. However, due to the concern I have
modified the rules to allow teams with fewer players to not be
disqualified automatically.
