I used to be a happily paying player, buying prem tanks, and prem accounts.... I stopped because you guys don't seem to listen or care unless it's regarding gameplay. Sorry, you can keep your bribes.... because that's what they really are... regardless of if other games do the same. I'll keep my vote. I like WoT, and I realize you can't make everyone happy, but how about work on issues that have sorely needed work for a long time instead of an update. I could write a list of 10 things that have been asked for a long time and still have more to add to it.

In my opinion, its the best combination of:
-- Armor (Spaced, 120mm frontal armor, 185mm frontal turret armor)
-- Mobility (38 Kp/h TS, and an 840 hp engine at 57.32 tonnage)
-- FirePower (that 105mm is devastating...ya sure it lacks the 25mm pen from the KTs big 105mm, but just aim and its fine, and with almost 6 rounds per minute)
all-in-all, I prefered the Ausf A over the KT, just because of all of the above, its just an amazing tank, prob one of my most favorite of the Tier 8's

The E50M I like, its way more mobile compared to the E-50, the gun is awesome and the speed and engine ratio is quite nice, ramming is also awesome to do with 100% controlled impact ^^
and yes the speed is nice being able to do 60 kp/h with a tank that heavy
but with the E-100 ive gotta agree, its...i dont know.....its....ive just switced to 90% HE and have like 5 AP rounds for those sure-fire pen shots, other than that...the gun is really sub-par comapred to everything other T10

Vallter: 1)Some will return this year, some next year. We are reworking present maps for physics, so have small amount of time to rework removed maps.
2)No, we are satisfied with Province Tier spread.
3)Yes, we will quicken the development process.
4)Most probably we won't add such feature.

2)Gold Ammo loses penetration ability much faster than credit ammo on distance more than 100meters (the rule does not include Arty shells though)

Vallter: This is called 'physics'. Since we have no physics in-game, we enabled functional of 'invisible walls' to prevent described situations. In 8.0 physics will be introduced, thus we will remove mentioned 'walls' and you will be free to drown your vehicle in the deeps of sea or lakes-)

Serious question, what was the rational behind the implementation of multiple attacks in CW?  To me, that combined with pillaging will make the CW map active only once a week or so, instead of the daily fighting we have now (i.e. a step backwards not forwards.  Why instead of making attacking harder and defense almost impossible, wouldn't you instead make attacking easier by say implementing tank locking and say increasing chip burn times based on how long a chip stack has been on that province, or even how long a province has been held (e.g. for every 100 turns I have 15 chips on province x/own province x, when I lose that province, those chips are knocked out for an additional 24 turns, up to a maximum of 120).  This is like how a long deployment makes refurbing more difficult.

Vallter: 1)Well, this will result in 'holy warriors' like Hirumaru, which were suspended for 'asking questions'. Thus I won't do that till big amount of requests similar to yours.
2)I personally think Tank Locking is a good feature for CW with announced changes. But I'm not the one who decide, whether to implement it or not. Players should decide. As for multiple attacks I agree, they are good only with tank locking. Also they are done to balance the attack popularity increase with looting feature.

4)Are you ever going to make a hard and fast rule and keep to it? Really shakes things up (in a not-so-good way) when you say things like, "No tier 10 mediums or TDs!" and then all of a sudden they are here making our heavies scream in frustration.
5)Is Russian BiasTM real? I don't consider this questions in any way offensive. I just don't like discussions in QnA thread, accuses in something we have not done and flaming. But all this covered by the rules, so Game Masters deal with it. I personally never ban anyone, aside the cases of NDA violation for WoWP.

Vallter: Well, it was not our initial intention to 'hide' this. We just never thought it would be intresting. And now they are integrated so much in game mechanics and formula's, that we cannot disclose them without dangering the game itself. But we will enable more stats with new UI in a more understandable and possible way than plain numbers or formula's.

In my opinion, its the best combination of:

-- Armor (Spaced, 120mm frontal armor, 185mm frontal turret armor)
-- Mobility (38 Kp/h TS, and an 840 hp engine at 57.32 tonnage)
-- FirePower (that 105mm is devastating...ya sure it lacks the 25mm pen from the KTs big 105mm, but just aim and its fine, and with almost 6 rounds per minute)

all-in-all, I prefered the Ausf A over the KT, just because of all of the above, its just an amazing tank, prob one of my most favorite of the Tier 8's

The E50M I like, its way more mobile compared to the E-50, the gun is awesome and the speed and engine ratio is quite nice, ramming is also awesome to do with 100% controlled impact ^^

and yes the speed is nice being able to do 60 kp/h with a tank that heavy

but with the E-100 ive gotta agree, its...i dont know.....its....ive just switced to 90% HE and have like 5 AP rounds for those sure-fire pen shots, other than that...the gun is really sub-par comapred to everything other T10

Serious question, what was the rational behind the implementation of multiple attacks in CW?  To me, that combined with pillaging will make the CW map active only once a week or so, instead of the daily fighting we have now (i.e. a step backwards not forwards.  Why instead of making attacking harder and defense almost impossible, wouldn't you instead make attacking easier by say implementing tank locking and say increasing chip burn times based on how long a chip stack has been on that province, or even how long a province has been held (e.g. for every 100 turns I have 15 chips on province x/own province x, when I lose that province, those chips are knocked out for an additional 24 turns, up to a maximum of 120).  This is like how a long deployment makes refurbing more difficult.

lets not put reality in here, theres alot of gaps in the game where reality would mess up the game as it is with tanks that didnt even get off the drawing board. the KV-1S has higher speed, better armor and for the time being better gun(though i heard there is going to be a removal of the 122mm) and the VK 4502 (P) has 38kph. The Tiger (H) recorded speed was 45kph, but it ended up breaking the ending doing that, and that speed would put it as a medium and be too OP for the game, thats why the 38kph speed would be better suited(the 38kph was the speed it could reach with the Speed Governor on). it basicly is a light heavy compared to the other tanks, then it could with the 38 speed upgrade keep up with some mediums behind, not keep up side by side though.

Vallter: We are satisfied with PzKpfw VI Tiger performance and won't change it anytime soon. It performs well with current stats and I personally can confirm this.

Vallter: Well, everything depends on he impact angle between armor and shell. I will write a small explanation here and would appreciate, if someone spread it out on forums:
Angle between round and shell
Is counted from normal (vector, perpendicular to armor plane) to armor in the point of shell impact, in plane, which goes through normal and vectror of shell trajectory in the moment of impact. This is the angle, which influence on the effective thickness of armor.

Normalisation of round
Some time ago it was found out that blunt-pointed round which angle of impact with armor differs from 0 degree richoshets less frequently and penetrates armor better. This effect received 'normalisation' name. The case is the equalworking force turns the shell to Normal vector, decreasing the angle of impact.

HE and HEAT shells in game have 0 normalisation. While other currently have 7 degrees approximately (in 8.0 will be changed to 4 degrees, thus increasing efficience of armor)
Sloped armor
Most in-game vehicles have sloped armor, which is penetrated by shell not per normal vector, but under specific angle. So to calculate effective armor the following formula will be used:
X/cos(Y-Z)=
Where - X - armor thickness
Y - impact angle
Z - normalisation degree.
So without knowing, how exactly will your opponent fire, I cannot tell effective thickness and both your formulas are incorrect or I have misunderstood them.

Vallter: We are closely looking to statistics of this map and discussing possibilities, but currently it's seems to be OK. Also we will look how selectable game modes feature will influence this. Personally, have no problems in assaulting the hill. while platooned. Though it may be tough without platoonmates in solo random.

Vallter: We are not punishing artillery players. They will receive same amount of credits in 7.4. Tightening MM resulted in unexpected income nerf, which has broken economic balance. Thus more and more players started to play SPG's per our statistics. Returning income to 7.4 values will most probably return Artillery amount to value of this update, thus fixing the issue. lets not put reality in here, theres alot of gaps in the game where reality would mess up the game as it is with tanks that didnt even get off the drawing board. the KV-1S has higher speed, better armor and for the time being better gun(though i heard there is going to be a removal of the 122mm) and the VK 4502 (P) has 38kph. The Tiger (H) recorded speed was 45kph, but it ended up breaking the ending doing that, and that speed would put it as a medium and be too OP for the game, thats why the 38kph speed would be better suited(the 38kph was the speed it could reach with the Speed Governor on). it basicly is a light heavy compared to the other tanks, then it could with the 38 speed upgrade keep up with some mediums behind, not keep up side by side though.

We do understand inconvenience of Clan Wars lack on NA, but, unfortunately, we were not able to make a separate region with suitable timezone on the NA global map because of technical issues. From now on we have possibility to wisely dedicate resources for developing the Oceanic region, giving players much better service compares with received on NA.
3)Abusing horns feature will be rather costly, so they will be used wisely, or user will be a bankrupt soon.

Well, everything depends on he impact angle between armor and shell. I will write a small explanation here and would appreciate, if someone spread it out on forums:
Angle between round and shell
Is counted from normal (vector, perpendicular to armor plane) to armor in the point of shell impact, in plane, which goes through normal and vectror of shell trajectory in the moment of impact. This is the angle, which influence on the effective thickness of armor.

Normalisation of round
Some time ago it was found out that blunt-pointed round which angle of impact with armor differs from 0 degree richoshets less frequently and penetrates armor better. This effect received 'normalisation' name. The case is the equalworking force turns the shell to Normal vector, decreasing the angle of impact.

HE and HEAT shells in game have 0 normalisation. While other currently have 7 degrees approximately (in 8.0 will be changed to 4 degrees, thus increasing efficience of armor)

Sloped armor
Most in-game vehicles have sloped armor, which is penetrated by shell not per normal vector, but under specific angle. So to calculate effective armor the following formula will be used:
X/cos(Y-Z)=
Where - X - armor thickness
Y - impact angle
Z - normalisation degree.

So without knowing, how exactly will your opponent fire, I cannot tell effective thickness and both your formulas are incorrect or I have misunderstood them.

Personally, have no problems in assaulting the hill. while platooned. Though it may be tough without platoonmates in solo random.

We are not punishing artillery players. They will receive same amount of credits in 7.4. Tightening MM resulted in unexpected income nerf, which has broken economic balance. Thus more and more players started to play SPG's per our statistics. Returning income to 7.4 values will most probably return Artillery amount to value of this update, thus fixing the issue. But we will closely monitor the situation in any case.
