convenient for public transit. 
Though, walk with friends if you're planning to take the BART. You have to walk through a fairly shady party of town. ;)

Mugsy_: The tutorial is currently on the 8.4 Public Test server and there
is indeed a reward for completion. I am not certain what the final
reward will be when it is implemented on the Live server. But it is
slotted for release with 8.4 at this time.
