Jambijon:   The forum schedule list is our new "standard operating procedure."  We want to have tournaments registration open on a Friday and end 2pm central the following Friday allowing everyone a week to sign up.  Unfortunately, the tournament issues experienced last week delayed me from getting up the tournaments in the listed schedule.  I'll have the tournaments up tonight or tomorrow morning then update the forum post to reflect the changes.

KRZYBooP:   The major clan can allocate provinces to lower ones so smaller clans can gain provinces without fighting bigger clans Smaller clans offer up a contribution in the form of a convoy. The bigger the contribution the longer it will take the convoy to reach the major clan.  The convoy can be attacked and goes into a bidding war to decide who gets to attack it. (the longer the convoy takes dictates how long it stays up on the auction house.) A tournament happens where all clans that put in the highest bids (4 is the max) fight to challenge the defending clan. Everyone in the alliance can participate in defending the convoy from the winning clan in the tournament.

The respawn positions of mobile vehicles of the bottom team will become more advantageous to take the control over the small city area.     Sand River: There will be improved the defensive positions for the second team: there will be an option to take the position in the rocky area to the right of the base circle; in addition, it will be easier to fight against the enemy vehicles in the ravine that is mainly used by heavy tanks.     Paris: There will be a selective improvement of the bush for the western base in the C1 sector. Now the position will be equal to the one near the eastern base.   Overlord: There will be the general change of the map terrain: in the previous version, the map was slightly sloped to the direction of the bottom base, which slightly affected the balance in battles. Due to this, the top team was at a disadvantage: when driving up almost any hill, a vehicle appeared in a much wider sector of fire than the vehicles of the bottom team in the same area. In addition, a number of positions will be balanced for both teams: C8: this pillar will become more effective for defense and for supporting the allied vehicles that fight for control over bocage terrains: was/now C9: this spot will become more effective for firing for the top team vehicles (was/now) А0: this improvement is similar to one mentioned above (was/now) These positions will allow for more effective support of allied vehicles when fighting for the hills in the center area (bocage terrains). The hills between bocage terrains on the right flank will become more balanced for both teams in terms of their height (was/now). Sectors Е0-F0. There will be introduced symmetric improvements to the edges of the central bocage for both teams (sectors F, E8). Was/now top, was/now bottom. Balance improvements to pillars in the central map area—now the pillars will be equally effective for both teams. Sector E2: was/now Sector F,E 4: was/now   Unfortunately, I don't have any assets showing these map changes yet. When I receive them, I will be sure to share them with you guys.

Gnomon: I cannot confirm that there will be PvE sometime down the line, but I can say that bots do allow for PvE opportunities and that we are looking into things for future events.   From the article:  "All players testing this feature will be providing feedback for other PvE events we are looking at in the future."  ​

I wanted to let you know that, today, we’re launching the Supertest for a vehicle many veteran tankers still hold dear to their hearts: The T-50-2. Simultaneously, we’ll be testing a new Tier VIII Premium light tank: The Object 432. Let’s begin with the latter. So, what’s the Object 432 like? 
The New One: The Object 432
The new Premium tank is much like the top vehicle of the Soviet light tank branch: low silhouette, great camo, and a hard-hitting weapon (for a light tank). Gameplay-wise, the Object 432 is different from its progression Tier VIII counterpart, the LTTB, by being able to combine spotting with damage dealing (while the LTTB is more about active spotting, having better acceleration and view range). At the first stage of testing, the newcomer will carry an 85-mm gun with better stats than those of the LTTB. We’re doing this to make the tanks play differently. Then, we’ll see how the 432 goes with a 100-mm cannon. After the test, we’ll decide on the weapon and final stats. Of course, we’ll inform you of the choice we made.   The Т-50-2. No Jokes!It’s a coveted vehicle, loved by many a tanker. Lots of folks keep a place for it in their hearts and Garages, so be sure to read on for the first info on the return of the old-school Soviet spotter. There’s a good chance it will make a triumphant comeback, provided…well, we’ll tell more about the terms sometime later. For now, let’s brief those not yet familiar with the T-50-2.We had lots of reasons to remove it from the game 5 years ago: this tank was ahead of its time and did not fit in the gameplay of that era. Also, it was unique and because of that, it was becoming overly popular. The decision to part with it was a hard (and sad) one. But those days have long passed, and today the T-50-2 is making its first comeback. We mean it: we’re really starting the Supertest for the refurbished T-50-2. What’s It Like?
The new T-50-2 is a highly mobile Tier VI light tank made for active spotting. It also has decent combat efficiency: you can light enemies up, but you can also beat them up, surviving by being agile and compact. The Supertest stats for the T-50-2 suit the battle tier range for Tier VI light tanks. Let’s see how it rolls! In any case, it’s THAT T-50-2: tiny, fast, and elusive. “Lock on the railway crossing! Will light it right after the countdown!” If you played 5 years ago, you’ll get goosebumps seeing this in the chat window—when you realize this teammate is commanding a T-50-2. It doesn’t matter that those spotted won’t be dangerous Tier X’s. The T-50-2 will do it in style regardless! Thanks for taking the time to read this over! A implementação da IA no jogo irá ajudar aos jogadores novatos, que começaram recentemente e tem dificuldades para encontrar batalhas nos servidores com menor população. A interação com bots nos ajudará a desenvolvê-los da melhor maneira possível e criar novos e melhores modos PvE para a comunidade de jogadores. Sua introdução nos ajudará a identificar o tempo de espera na fila e com isso abrir o servidor 24/7, um desejo de muitos de vocês. Outros projetos exclusivos para os jogadores sul-americanos também serão possíveis com a introdução da IA no jogo. Todo o feedback de vocês será importante para o desenvolvimento dos bots, sua utilização e ajustes finos. MA77: Os bots são para ajudar os jogadores iniciantes, onde nos níveis mais baixo tem pouca população e os jogadores veteranos pouco visitam.   A introdução deles também nos ajudará a desenvolver bons modos PvE (um pedido antigo de grande parte dos jogadores).

MA77:   Questão não é quando foi fabricado, mas sim a tecnologia que o mesmo utiliza.

Grande parte dos blindados brasileiros foram "criados" na década de 1980, porém a tecnologia é de 1950 - 1970.

MA77: A WG não está pensando em fechar o servidor LATAM, fiquem calmos.

Estamos trabalhando atualmente em soluções que certamente o público no geral irá gostar. Sabemos que o principal motivo da "migração" dos jogadores é o tempo de espera na fila e já temos projetos para não só evitar esta migração como também para solucionar o tempo na fila.   Em Novembro - caso o mundo não exploda até lá - teremos novidades para os sul-americanos. ;)

Jambijon: The original post has been updated and some things have changed.  Here are the highlights: Today's tournament was pushed back till next week Staging breaks have been increased to 4 minutes to give more time for players between stages 9/15 - 5v5: Multi-Tier total vehicle team tier was increased to 39 from 35 to increase more dynamic tier choices 9/16 - Mexican Independence tournament was altered to be a 3v3 round robin, Attack/Defense on Prov with 2 battles each to give equal opportunity for attacking and defending.  Will be held on both the NA and LATAM servers.  These tournaments are separate from each other.

Is there going to be something heavies can do? 

KRZYBooP:   In the post the first shot against the Medium tank bounces and only does damage when hitting the weak point of any tank.    There is no additional changes announced for Artillery or Heavies in regards to the new wheeled vehicles.  They share a lot of the same characteristics of Light Tanks so if they are holding still prioritize them if you want as Arty, and if they are far enough away and spotted aim for them as a Heavy.    Tactics where you swarm an enemy tank are fun, but they also come with a great amount risk since Tanks are rarely alone without their team around them taking shots.

Jambijon: Apologies everyone, it seems like we had an issue with the Sunday tournament which set us back a bit with the future tournaments.  My vacation didn't help as well, but now that I am back I'll be working on getting this weekends tournaments open for registration today and we'll push the Wednesday tournament to next week.  Also some updates on the compensation that was provided (will be provided) for the recent tournament issues.   For the Prototyp 50TP, we have prized out the standings as they stood, however if you encountered the bug where you couldn't progress you were bumped up to the next reward.  Ex: If you were in 2nd place when the bug occurred, you were given the first place prize.  In addition to that, everyone in the tournament was given 10 boosters (x5 50% credit 1hr / x5 100% tank XP 1hr).  These payouts have been sent so you should already have them in your Garage.   For Sundays tournament that was pretty much nonexistent, we will be splitting up the Gold pot evenly between all confirmed players. Once everything is finalized, we will be sending out 975 Gold to everyone that was confirmed for Sunday.  The payout should take about 1-3 days to fulfill.   Again, we apologize the tournament errors and the lack of immediate attention and notice.

DomoSapien: Tankers, I have a few updates for you regarding recent tournaments. First off, a huuuuge thank you to everyone for all their patience and understanding. We know it has been a rough month for tournaments, and we're extremely thankful for your support. Regarding this week's tournaments: We're aware that tournaments for this week haven't been posted yet. This is in light of the recent tournament failures, we are taking extra time to re-examine this week's tournaments and make sure we can set them up sufficiently to a state that we are confident will run without any major issues. We are tentatively confident that we should be able to get them posted tonight and registration opened up by tomorrow, but will update if this is not the case. Regarding Sunday's 2v2 tournament: We have just received approval for compensation - Instead of rescheduling the tournament to run next week, we're going to take the entire prize pool for all battle groups, divide it by the total number of confirmed players, and distribute it equally to everyone. According to my math it will be 975 Gold per player. There will be some boosters going out with that compensation as well, however I am not yet certain about which boosters those will be. Due to the way the tournament failed, it will take us a bit of extra time to get that prizing out because the list of players will need to be gathered manually. Expect this to go out next week. Regarding the 1v1 50TP Tournament: Prizing has gone out - If your team was locked from continuing with your next battles, and had the potential to place higher, you were bumped up 1 position in the bracket and paid out accordingly. If your next battle was for second place, you automatically received the 2nd place prize. These were paid out manually so there is definitely room for some human error. If you have any concerns regarding a missing payout for this tournament, please send me and jambijon a PM with "Missing payout - 1v1 50TP" in the subject line. Regarding some extra Gold (500-1500) that you may have noticed in your account: If you participated in the 9/01 tournament, there was an issue with prizing that resulted in some missing Gold and Boosters. I manually corrected that payout this week, hence the extra goods. Regarding Friday's NA Server Brazilian Independence tournament: There were a few tournament groups that experienced an issue with the last battle of the tournament not being counted towards Round Robin results. I am manually correcting this payout however this is also a labor-intensive process as it involves editing quite a few spreadsheets. If your team benefited from this error, you will not have prizing removed from your accounts. Teams who would have placed if not for the error will be bumped up into the position where they would have placed if the battle was counted.  I'd like to apologize to everyone inconvenienced by the recent errors, in particular players who were excited to participate in last Sunday's tournament. I have been extremely busy helping facilitate the Season 9 Clan Playoff, and have been dealing with some personal emergencies in my family - unfortunately this resulted in a gap in coverage on Sunday, and I wasn't able to get messaging or a fix out in time for the tournament to continue. 
Regarding our plans moving forward: In the coming weeks, we will be sharing a set of Contingency plans and Compensation Plans in the interest of increasing transparency and accountability among the tournaments team. We will be providing examples of certain situations, and what kind of compensation or response our community can expect in different situations. That way there aren't quite so many unpleasant surprises.
I am also working on potentially getting some type of hotline set-up on Discord for our tournaments community, where one of us can be reached on tournament days.
On personal note: I will be on leave starting tomorrow, 9/13 and will be available for inquiries on weds, 9/19.

KRZYBooP:   Sadly there is no additional information at this time on how these vehicles will impact the game.    As far as Arty players are concerned, speaking as a player that loves to play the french tier V lef. Arty has many advantages.   You only have to move five feet behind cover. You save a lot of credits when playing.  You don't have to risk anything to take a shot at the enemy.  You are behind a hill at base with a pretty solid camo rating.  When you stun an enemy you get bonus xp for everyone that shoots them so you only have to focus on tracking.  If an enemy light tank makes it too you the battle is probably not going so well for your team...   The Wheeled vehicles aren't going 100K all the time, and their only defense is speed and resistance to being "tired"(Tracked).    One thing that you can be sure of is that you will be able to test them out yourself both as or against light tanks if/when they come to the Common Test (Soon ™).

MeatheadMilitia:   I never said I was anti Tier VIII Premium American TD...for the record, we do need one of those. 

But I'd absolutely love and welcome an American Tier VIII SPG for the T92 Line. 

I mean, my math could be way off here, but I'm pretty sure there are only 2 Premium arty in the game.
