b) being a burden to the team
..or just in general made scape goat for the really not so good team effort
After some 84 games (and many more on test) I have around 44% win rate and 580 average xp.
Using all my skills and best abilities after 9000 battles it's still extremely hard to perform.
I just can't get decent performances in. My best battle gave me 1400 xp or so and I recently got 2690 in my Løwe....
Only seldom can I manage to fire more than 4-5 rounds in a battle, it's so hard to get into position.
To increase performance I have to play it in platoons and company battles it seems.
I like the tank, but you need to do something - really do something, to improve this one.
We don't just need a few adjustments but a string of changes are needed:
1. DPM is to low; it must be increased, preferably by increasing the rate of fire (or by increasing alpha damage to what it was in test 1)
2. Accuracy and aim time must be improved
3. Less "0 dmg shells" would also be nice, not sure if this is possible but 173mm shells should not cause simple 0 hp module damage on impact
4. Gun needs more durability (as noticed, it's destroyed way to easily)
5. A little camo, would that be to much to ask for?
Giving tanks like this and it's E-100 relative more hit points is _not_ the solution.
- Until changes have been made the 2200 creds per pop is way to high as well (1600 is more than enough).
The average damage of each shell isn't really much higher than in the other TX TDs, they hit you for 900-950 hp most of the time and
it's only a few of the Jgpz's hits that cause much more than 1050 damage. I've seen hits as low as 768 (enemy tank survived with 30 hp and killed me...).
During public tests the tank was nerfed between test 1 and 2 despite all the input that was given from the testers.
It's really hard to belive how this could be done in good belief. Did they drive the tank or just look at numbers?
I would like, on behalf of everyone that owns an E-100 Jgpz (and an E-100) to ask you OL, to follow up this personally and
lend whatever weight you may have to ensure that we get the buffs and modifications needed to make this a popular tank in 8.0

Overlord: Yes, E-100 will be adjusted in 8.0. Guys are aware of the issue and
working on it. Probably there will be a series of changes.

While I do understand, that if anything, this is a buff to tanks with sloped armor, including Maus and E-100 frontal armor, but I think that IS-4 and IS-7 will benefit more from the change taking in account their highly sloped armor.

lighter tanks in-game, there is no gameplay-wise room for them
in-game.

применяются, так что выдумывать что-то новое не вижу смысла. Там
ничьих нет. Наша главная задача - дать сыграть каждой команде с
каждой в подгруппе. Если будет мало команд, даже на подгруппы
делить не будем.

Данный турнир не относится ни к ПРО-серии, ни к Аматеур - это вообще отдельный турнир. Просто мы пользуемся наработками БЛ и ее функционалом - это удобно, экономит массу времени и сил. Но по сути турнир с БЛ никак не связан.

Публикую проект Регламента нового турнира-конкурса. Прошу задавать вопросы и обсуждать. Обсуждение продлится 2 дня, до субботы, после чего тема будет закрыта.
Мне необходимо ваше мнение, чтобы найти слабые места в Регламенте и отшлифовать его.
Категорически прошу обсуждать только пункты регламента, а не рассуждать на тему "ай, я не буду участвовать, потому что 1 лвл не интересен". Турнир пройдет в любом случае именно в таком формате. Неконструктивные посты будут безжалостно удаляться.
Регламент
1. Турнир проводится в формате 7on7
2. Матчи проводятся согласно Правилам турниров Любительской серии Балтийской Лиги WoT, пункт 2: http://balticleague....-amateur-series
3. К участию разрешены только танки 1 уровня всех наций.
4. Команда состоит из 7 основных игроков и 3 запасных.
5. Карта – Энск, режим боя – «Встречный бой».
6. Длительность боя – 10 минут.
7. Разрешены любые премиумные снаряды и расходники.
8. Матчи проводятся до 2 побед одной из команд.
9. В случае 3 ничьих в одном матче обе команды дисквалифицируются.
10. На первом этапе турнира команды разбиваются на подгруппы и проводят круговой турнир.
11. За победу команде начисляется 2 очка, за поражение – 0 очков.
12. В случае одинакового количества набранных очков несколькими командами, между ними проводится мини-
турнир до первой победы в матче (не в бою!).
13. На втором этапе действует так называемая «олимпийская система», то есть проигравшая команда выбывает из дальнейшей борьбы.

19. Все бои турнира будет обслуживать бригада судей.
20. После окончания регистрации на сайте Балтийской Лиги будет опубликовано расписание матчей.
21. За 10 минут до начала матча судья создает тренировочную комнату и рассылает приглашения согласно спискам участников команд, опубликованным на сайте Балтийской Лиги.
22. Если какая-либо команда отказывается начать первый бой в течение 10 минут с момента официального начала матча, она получает техническое поражение.

supercharge: Shortly after the 8.0 update release there will be a number of
changes to the Clan Wars rules introduced. These changes will help
to make the confrontation more diverse and interesting.
1. Intelligence and counter-intelligence
The mechanism of conducting intelligence operations will be changed. According to the current rules intelligence presupposes one-time operation, which is available for in-game gold and will have a certain chances for success.
According to the new rules for the intelligence operation a clan should train a resident first – a special chip, which will be designed for infiltrating into enemy territory. The resident’s training will consume a certain amount of gold and time. After the training is over the resident can be infiltrated into an enemy territory. Clans will be able to have 3 residents in total. The success of the infiltration is not guaranteed, however if it happened, the clan will start to receive intelligence information about enemy chips dislocation and where its HQ is located from the moment of infiltration till the resident’s failure.
Players will receive an advantage of the resident being able to provide information about the whole enemy clan territory, unlike the current rules which allow you to get info only from one province.
In order to oppose an enemy residents (spies) clans will be able to train counterspy – another special chip type. After the training is done this chip moves to one of the clan owned provinces. After the use of this chip the province it was used for will be displayed as empty to the enemy for 24 turns. Moreover, the counterintelligence operation will reduce the possibility of the successful infiltration of enemy residents and increase the failure probability of the already infiltrated spies.
2. A province looting.
This innovation will provide two options to choose during a province capturing: looting and occupation. The province will produce income in a normal regime (as it produces it now) if the occupation option is chosen. However choosing the looting option will result in receiving an income for a certain time period during the next turn, but after that the province will not produce any income for it’s owner for a certain time.
The new income system will undoubtedly make Clan Wars more dynamic. Small clans which are unable to hold territories long enough will be able to hit-and-run defenseless provinces of stronger clans.
The province looting will become available only if the target province is connected to clan’s HQ. I.e. it functions in the same fashion as it works during the capture and occupation.
3. Multiple attack.
This is not a pure innovation; this rule was in effect when a province had been attacked by more than one clan. According to the current rules all the attackers will have to participate in mini-tournament in order to fight the province owner.
When the new rule will be implemented all the clans will have to fight each other. The first battle will be conducted between the owner of a province and the first clan in a queue. The next battle will be conducted between the winner of the previous battle and the next challenger in a queue. All the battles will be held during one evening with half an hour interval.
4. Tank freeze time differentiation.
If an attacker clan will win a battle its destroyed vehicles freeze time will be significantly reduced. It works as if the invaders use the provinces resources for speedy repair. This rule is introduced to stimulate clans not to passively sit out in their conquered provinces but to carry on war more actively.
