Donc nous n'en savons pas plus que vous, ils font de leurs mieux pour résoudre l'incident aussi rapidement que possible.   Nous vous conseillons toujours de vous connecter sur EU2, le serveur EU1 rencontrant des problèmes de connexion   Edit : En ce qui concerne les serveurs EU, ceux-ci sont à deux endroits différents en Europe, ce qui explique pourquoi un serveur rencontre des problèmes et non l'autre. Il y a de nombreuses possibilités du "pourquoi" et cela peut prendre du temps pour trouver la solution.   En ce qui concerne les serveurs Russes ne rencontrant "jamais" de problème c'est faux, certains serveurs Russes avaient les mêmes problèmes aujourd’hui que le serveur EU1. Et oui, nous vous informons que le serveur EU1 n'était pas le seul à avoir des problèmes, certains serveurs RU avaient aussi des problèmes, même si cela ne va pas dans le sens des théories de complot Anti-EU.    Edit 2 :  Non, nous n'avons aucune information à ce sujet (compensation) et c'est normal, ce genre de décision est rarement prise le Dimanche.   Rhaya  

Rhaya: Le service d'authentification permet de vous connecter en jeu donc non les lags ne sont pas liés au problème de connexion du serveur EU1 ou à la maintenance de ce service.   Rhaya

iScending: Still broken :(. As for the CW issue I brought this up in the last mail to the manager, no details on what, if anything, will happen in regards to it.

"Investigating" means "finding the cause and fixing it", this isn't a crime scene and they are very hands on. Please use the thread I linked above.

iScending: I.... I think you mean me? Hai!   We all have humor, some more than others, but this thread really wasn't very funny :p. Furthermore its served its purpose and has been moderated already and should in all fairness have been locked so I'll do that now.

iScending: A poll like this comes up each time we have latency issues and the answer will always be the same:   We have no plans for a third server at this time. There is no need for more threads like this, please, we will update you should we decide to add a third one. Rhaya: Bonjour,   Le Concours a débuté le 23 décembre et a pris fin le 24 janvier.   En général cela se passe comme ça pour les résultats : 1. extraction des données par les techniciens de Minsk 2. différentes vérifications nécessaires 3. publication sur le portail officiel   Donc sachant que l'événement a pris fin vendredi soir, il est peu probable que l'étape 1 ait été faite. Pour répondre a ta question, nous n'avons pas de date à ce sujet, cela dépend du temps nécessaire pour chaque étape.   Patience est mère de toutes les vertus !   Rhaya

iScending: My initial thought when I read the title was "Thank you?" and then I realized the topic was about latency.   On behalf of the office here in Paris I apologize for the problems caused, I've been actively updating the thread about latency (found below) and I know it's caused issues for lost of people. Die Verfügbarkeit des EU1 Servers ist momentan sehr eingeschränkt, was auch anhand der Chatprobleme bereits sehr deutlich wird.
