TheTrustedLlama: Greetings Tankers, As the tournaments have continued to grow,
we will now be offering full CS ticket support for tournament
issues starting October 26th. We have created a template for
you to follow when submitting these tickets, which you can find
below. The category you will place your ticket will be
Game and Gameplay à Missions and Specials
à Missions à Game Event Missions
When submitting your ticket, please include the following information:
Team name and link to team:
Tournament name:
Date of tournament:
Issue:
For roster change request, include
Players to add:
And/or
Players to remove:
Added players WoT profile page: Please note that any roster change requests must be submitted 12 hours prior to the start of the tournament. We will not be able to correct tournament rosters if the requests are submitted to our team past that point.
For rewards issues, include
Placement in standings:
Expected rewards:
For rules violations, include
Replays of tournament battles:
Rule violators team name and link to team: Please let me know if you have any questions
