Global Map: Season 9

Gnomon: Hey, everyone!  I just wanted to drop by and give you some news about the Global Map for Season 9. I'm more than happy to go over the details here, but be sure to check out our article on it - Global Map: Season 9 First, Season 9 on the Global Map is from July 17 until August 27. If you are not familiar with the Global Map, is a great way for Clans to compete with other members of the community while earning valuable resources. Due to this, the leaderboard for Season 9 will only display Gold earned this season. Each time you earn Gold from the Global Map in your Clan vault (which can be done by completing missions or owning/taking resources) increases your Clan's standing.  The rules are pretty simple, the Clan that earns the most Gold wins!  The rewards for Clan members will depend on the Clan's position on the leaderboard. We’ll also be testing a new mechanic that can maximize a Clan’s earning potential. Playing FieldThe Tier X front (for Tier 10-8 tanks) will include 128 provinces. Quest are on. “Fog of War” is on. Province income limit is 15. Auctions are on. Defense bids are off. Vehicle locking is on. Ransacks are on. Revolts are on. Shifting battle start time for Influence is off. In 50% of provinces, battle start time is shifted by 15 minutes, depending on their Prime Times. The province owner cannot participate in landing or auction tournaments, or in attacks by land on their own provinces. Number of landing tournament applicants: 32. Maximum number of active landing applications that can be submitted by one clan: 6 (provided the clan has at least 90 members, who also have a Tier X vehicle). Clans that already own provinces cannot apply for landing tournaments on the Global Map. Clans cannot attack landing provinces by land. Division modules are off (strategic effect). Division upkeep is free. Penalties are on. Divison cost: 20 influence points. After Prime Time concludes, provinces will switch to the main mode of the season.
