everyone but imo you're kinda doing yourself a disservice by not
opting into them because there is no cost to you and that's still a
resource that adds value to your account. You might not need it now
but who knows, maybe at some point in the future we'll have some
kind of insane free XP conversion sales or there will be some kind
of other use for elite XP.
