vuque: Well, I have some bad news for you. Support staff is not
replying on forum so it would be a bit hard for them to get back to
you on forum. However, I can tell you that they do care about the
players and reading your tickets carefully.
On the other hand, copy/paste answers are not bad for you. Majority of the tickets they receive, are in similar fashion and it would be waste of time to get back to each one of them with unique replies and if this would be the case waiting time in the queue would be higher. Actually those copy/paste answers are good for you.
