Blueprints: Everything You Need to Know

As a result, they can most likely get a full discount on some of the forthcoming Swedish mediums immediately on release, while I can't start collecting national blueprints until the line is released. So, in effect I get a penalty for having already researched everything, which suggests WG don't actually want us to research all the vehicles in the game.
