I also agree that 3 artillery units per game is too much, this should be reduced to a maximum of two units.

eekeeboo:   You will notice you do the same damage and same stun on a tank you hit on your own, the only thing that was reduced was stacking stun and the effect of long distance radius. The rest is the same, that's why it modification and not reduce.

eekeeboo:   The benefits of artillery are still there, you just have to consider more carefully how to get the best out of them and piling on the same tank to keep them suppressed is not as effective as choosing different targets.

eekeeboo:   Those fancy mathematics are always there in every part of the game. This was highlighting the change in just a few of those parameters.      18:02 Added after 2 minutes

You wrote earlier there have/are many complaints about stun, what about all the other complaints about MM, RNG, OP tanks, new op premium tanks, obsolete ols prem tanks, wheelies etc.?
Like so many here has pointed out, it is so easy to balance, reduce number of SPG's to one or two per side.  

eekeeboo:   MM is being changed and tested, RNG is part of the game and will not be changed, OP tanks are balanced over time, Old tanks are balanced and brought up over time (Review what's coming in 2019 article) and wheeled vehicles are liked as much as hated in different parts of the community. Again the important thing is to look at the whole picture, the whole player base and get the best solution in the middle while also consider not all changes come overnight and people need to sleep, developers are not robots and do as much as they can considering the work involved in every part of the game.
