eekeeboo: Hello!    Sorry for the continued pain. I want to highlight that I fully encourage people reporting offensive and rule-breaking names and this is important for everyone involved.    That being said I want to highlight that encouraging creating names or abusing the report system and risking naming and shaming should definitely be avoided at all cost! All this does is end up with people who are trying to do the right thing being sanctioned.    If you have or find a particularly offensive name and you would like a clear message and rename to be sent then please, by all means, notify me of you opening a ticket and sending it for a fix!    I want to emphasise even more that, the current system is in no way perfect and does have its flaws, but with the tools, systems and what we have available with the complexity of usernames and the number of players combined with player proponent of always finding a way to bypass the rules makes this a very difficult process.    If you've got any issues to please, message me and I'm happy to sort out where and what I can, but in cases like the one that's sparked recently there's lots of grey area and not a lot of black and white contrast.
