Server Split Up Discussion Thread

According to the info I got in the 1stad headquarters, Overlord said it would be possible to do such, but one would need 2 clients installed. But then I have a question: would that be allowed? I mean, would we, players, be allowed to have an account in both servers?
I am asking that because I am currently in South America, but I am going to move to Europe in the next year, so I am torn on that aspect.

Tanitha: Having two accounts for two separate servers, is possible, but they are separate accounts on separate servers.
The same as you can have a account on the Russian and china servers as well if you like. They are all separate games though.
Overlord mentioned that there probably will be a account transfer system put in place some time after release. Id guess that would be a paid system (it is in other games), and I personally dont like relying on things that might or might not happen in time for you.
WOT might end up linking the Euro/USA/Russian servers for a world wide clan wars system. But that's probably that far away (if it happens) that its not worth discussing at this time Imo.
A permanent move to Europe? when? Starting on the euro server might be a safe option, You only have a bit of extra lag until you move and can get settled in a euro clan for clan wars etc. Depends when you are moving, depends how long you are there for.
Good luck with the planning, You have 2 more weeks or so to gather info : )
Regards.
